Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including managing patient check-ins, appointments, and inquiries.
Train and supervise the reception staff, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to patients and visitors.
Develop and implement efficient front office procedures and protocols to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal use of staff and resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow between front office and clinical teams.
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Resolve any complaints or issues raised by patients or staff in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient in using office software and systems.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work with competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
