Job Title: Tele Caller Inside Sales
Location: Madipakkam Chennai
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: Up to 4 Lakhs per annum
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Tele Caller with excellent Englishspeaking skills to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients generating leads and promoting our products/services to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients with the aim of introducing our products/services and generating interest.
Inside Sales: Engage in effective inside sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospective clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic research and data analysis.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and followup.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively closing deals and meeting key performance indicators.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities lead generation and conversions to the sales manager.
Adhere to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow established scripts and guidelines for effective communication during cold calls.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Excellent English Speaking Skills: Clear and articulate communication is essential.
Proven Experience: Previous experience in cold calling and inside sales is preferred.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
Work from Office: The role requires working from the office in Madipakkam Chennai.
