Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lucknow for an OT Technician. The OT Technician will be responsible for assisting in surgeries, preparing surgical equipment, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining the operating room.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in OT Technology or relevant field
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an OT Technician
Ability to understand and follow surgical techniques and procedures
Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment, and sterilization techniques
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
