About the role
Engineers at CheQ are true builders. They bring in a myriad of ideas, and create the infrastructure, systems and products that drive our services. Our engineers build Zero to One products, microservices, DBs and everything else (from farm to table). As an Engineering Manager, you'll spearhead the development of assigned pods, leading and managing a team of talented engineers. Your role will encompass hands-on technical work, team leadership, and strategic planning to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, guide the team through the development lifecycle, and ensure the application of robust security principles.
