What will your essential responsibilities include

. Responsible for the management of the Indian Service Company Finance team with close collaboration with the CFO of India Service Company.

. Preparation and Review of financial statements for XL India Business Service Private Limited.

. Coordinate with external auditors and get the financial statements audited.

. Responsible for management of India country Finance team.

. Ensuring all SEZ and other Regulatory compliances are duly complied with.

. Support the Tax team on all Direct/ Indirect tax matters.

. Maintenance of Fixed Asset register according to the Companies Act and Income Tax Act and provide full support with.

. Management of operating expenses, statutory payments, travel and employee expenses, invoices etc.

. Coordinating with various internal teams and functions.

. Liaison with banks and other government agencies.

You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead - Finance.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

. Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant years of experience.

. Effective collaborative and initiative-taking work ethics.

. Effective communication skills.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

. Experience in Indian accounting and reporting will be preferred.

. Proficient in MS Excel. Working experience in any ERP financial system would be an advantage.

. Effective interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

. Ability to work cordially in a matrix environment across different teams.
