Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Installation and configuration of Windchill and its components.
- Have a fair experience in Windchill Implementation, CAD Document Management, Server Rehosting, Update, Upgrade, Windchill PLM Solution.
- File vaulting and Replication.
- Proficient in Windchill Upgrade from 11.x to recent date codes
- Windchill configuration- Lifecycles and Workflow process administration, Type and Attribute management, Preferences, Participant administration, custom xconfs, etc.
- Windchill Business Reporting, utilities, and services.
- Assist business units with maintenance, modification and troubleshooting of access control rules, user groups and roles.
- Business Administration, System Administration and Process Management, proficiency in mapping business requirements.
- Frequently Rehosting Production servers onto Migration, Test and Development servers using Custom Tools and Manual Commands
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Some travel required (post COVID-19 scenarios)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Data Science and/or equivalent experience in the industry
- Experience with PTC Windchill upgrades, Windchill 11.x and up preferred
- Experience in Upgrade on cloud environment preferred
- Database experience (Oracle, SQL Server) preferred
