• Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and non-judgmental way.
• Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and program.
• Assist students with university and course selection.
• Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone,
Email, chat, and social media.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities
1) Build a sales pipeline & achieve target numbers.
2)Cold Calling,Calling on leads received. Handle walk-ins enquires & getting the enrollments done.
3) Maintain CRM & database of enquiries.
