Job description
* Develop content of programs to meet the needs of the brand (digital as well as physical)
* Run on the Job training campaigns for the team enabling them to build a strong understanding around the food and beverage items being prepared and packed.
* Deliver development training and support the roll out of programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Manage the quality of activities and presentations to ensure a high standard of training delivery.
* Travel to each store and engage with the team regularly and conduct training and analysis.
Requirements
You will have/be:
* A minimum of 2-5 years' training management experience within a large food and beverage QSR organization with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications-For Mumbai
* A minimum of 1-3 years' training management experience within a large food and beverage QSR organization with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications-For Bangalore
* An IHM graduate or experience in Food service.
* Excellent brand understanding
* Basic training skills
