Job description
The candidate should additionally have qualification of Post Diploma or Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS or ADIS) from recognized institute.
He should have at least 10 years experience in Safety Department of integrated iron and steel/ forging plant.
He should have knowledge of environment function requirement and liasioning experience with State and Central Pollution control board.
Knowledge of EHS aspect Factory act 1948 and Gujarat Factory Rule- 1963 with experience of liasioning with Factory Inspectorate and DISH.
knowledge of Latest acts, laws and rules of EHS.
Preferably NEBOSH IGC-1 and IGC-2 level certified.
Leadership skills to handle large workforce of 400+ people.
Experience of giving training to shop floor level and management staff.
Public speaking skills.
