Experience : 58 Years
Qualification : Graduates from any Stream
Responsibilities :
* Broking industry experience
* Develop and maintain a longterm relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of existing customers and focus on generating new business.
Acquiring new business and revenue generation.
*Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.
* Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.
*Assign tasks and responsibilities to team leaders and ensure they are carried out effectively.
*Ensure that all trading activities on the floor comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
*Stay informed about market trends news and events that may impact trading decisions.
*Evaluate strategies and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
*Promote continuous learning and skill development among team members.
*Manage the trading floors budget including expenses related to technology software licenses and research tools.
*Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
*Encourage teamwork and cooperation among teams.
