JOB DISCRIPTION
WHAT THE ROLE IS Manage end - to - end recruitment
process for a host of assigned searches, including but not limited to
sourcing, screening, scheduling and conducting initial interviews of
all prospective candidates Engage with the prospective candidate
through the recruitment life cycle to provide excellent candidate
experience Liaise with clients to ensure requirements are well
understood and client engagement is high Maintain data and report
on SLAs, pipeline, time to hire, etc.
