Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Indore. The US Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts across the United States and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to source and hire qualified candidates. The US Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the recruiting process end-to-end, conducting interviews and leading the hiring decisions based on the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as a US Recruiter or in a related role with a proven track record of successful recruitment outcomes
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, and experience with innovative recruitment strategies and techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A passion for creating an inclusive and diverse workplace
- Experience with tech recruiting is a plus
- SHRM Certification is a plus
