We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with at-least 6 months experience in US healthcare recruiting.

Tasks and duties:

- Conducting full recruitment cycle including but not limited to post jobs, CV screening, identifying possible talents, phone interviewing with applicants, scheduling interview appointments, processing background checks, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

- Implementing different sourcing strategies and techniques including cold-calling, networking/relationship building, social networking sites, and job posting to attract and engage talent for medical positions across the United State.

- Responding timely and efficiently to internal and external parties' inquiries concerning

recruiting and onboarding.

- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation on all candidates and searches within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) database.

- Acting as a guide and coach for the onboarding process and as the middleman between hospitals/clinics/ pharmacies and the candidate.

- Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure smooth end-to-end hiring processes.

- Negotiating the offer and other benefits and using persuasion skills throughout the process

of recruitment.

- Maintaining constant connection with the applicants and candidates, creating a professional-friendly rapport, actively listening to their concerns, offering recommendations, facilitating, and being the company brand ambassador.

- Create a best-in-class client support experience by providing immediate support, predicting future needs, solving problems, and providing top-notch candidates.

- Tailoring the tools, resources, and processes to drive applicant flow and candidate engagement.

- Identifying areas of improvement within our recruiting and staffing processes and providing solutions.

- Assisting the team leader in achieving monthly goals.

- Ensuring compliance with Federal and State legislation for tall hiring and onboarding processes.
