Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Office Expert with 2-3 years of experience to join CEO's office in Bangalore. This role involves crafting high-quality communication, visually appealing documentation, PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks for customers & designing compelling posters to support our marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • PowerPoint and Pitch Deck Design: Develop and design engaging PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks tailored to our customers' needs. Ensure that each presentation effectively communicates the intended message and aligns with our brand standards.   
  • New Offerings Pitch Decks: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create pitch decks for new offerings, ensuring that they are visually engaging and effectively communicate the value proposition.   
  • Poster Design: Design posters for various internal and external events, campaigns, and initiatives. Creativity and innovation in poster design are essential.   
  • Graphical Design: Use graphical design skills to enhance the visual appeal of various documents, including reports, brochures, and marketing materials.   
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.   
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand their needs and deliver designs that meet these requirements.

Qualifications

  • Any professional degree with certification in Microsoft office/Google suite
  • 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Complete knowledge and implementation skills in Microsoft word and excel, Teams.
  • Knowledge on creating PowerBI reports is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (pitch decks, corporate presentations, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
