JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Evaluator(Car Inspection,Hub Inspection)

Job Purpose:

The Evaluator (Car Inspection, Hub Inspection) is responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of cars and hub facilities to ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations. The role demands a keen eye for detail, an in-depth understanding of car mechanics, and an ability to efficiently document and report findings.

Key Responsibilities:

Car Inspection:

Perform comprehensive visual and operational inspections on vehicles.
Evaluate and test drive vehicles to identify potential issues.
Document findings and provide detailed reports, including recommended actions and repair estimates.
Coordinate with the maintenance and repair teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

Hub Inspection:

Conduct thorough checks of hub facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Evaluate the storage conditions of vehicles, ensuring they are in line with best practices.
Monitor the efficiency of hub workflows and processes, suggesting improvements when necessary.
Check the functionality of equipment and tools, ensuring they meet safety standards.
Collaborate with hub management to rectify any identified discrepancies or areas of concern.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed logs of all inspections conducted.
Provide regular feedback to management on identified issues and suggest solutions for improvement.
Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and resolution of identified concerns.
Continuous Learning & Upgradation:

Stay updated with the latest automotive trends, technologies, and best practices.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars as required.
Safety & Compliance:

Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.
Ensure all evaluations and inspections are conducted in line with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience.
ITI or diploma Must

Primary Skills:

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive mechanics, components, and systems.
Attention to Detail: Ability to notice minor inconsistencies or issues that might be overlooked by others.
Documentation: Proficiency in documenting findings, writing reports, and maintaining records.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey findings clearly and liaise with different teams effectively.
Problem-Solving: Capacity to provide solutions to identified issues or challenges.

Secondary Skills:

Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize as necessary.
Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and foster a spirit of cooperation.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with modern automotive technologies and tools, and ability to learn new systems or software quickly.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving company processes, guidelines, or industry regulations.
Customer-Centric: Ensure that evaluations always consider the end customer's safety and satisfaction.
