Job description
The Holiday Consultant will work as part of our team to provide comprehensive travel services to our clients. They will be responsible for planning the most suitable holiday packages and actively participating in sales activities. The Consultant will help clients decide on the perfect holiday by listening to their needs and presenting available packages.
Your responsibilities will be to Create personalized holiday packages to meet clients’ specifications and budget Provide prompt, accurate customer service to all inquiries, phone calls, and emails Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction with their travel plans and package options Manage online reservations systems Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares. Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations in the region.
