Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Engineers for an on-site role based in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to achieve company growth objectives. You will develop solutions to customer problems based upon the company's products and services and use technical knowledge to influence customers and assist them in making technical decisions. Responsibilities also include delivering technical presentations and supporting the sales team with detailed product information and business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience in a B2B environment
• Background in mechanical or chemical engineering, or petroleum engineering is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience with developing and delivering technical sales presentations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Understanding of sales principles and practices, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Experience with energy, oil and gas, or related industries is a plus.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English (and any other relevant languages for the market)

Technology Proficiency:

Microsoft Office Suite

Presentation Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)

Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Excel)

Annual Base Salary: 4800 KD

Car Included

Contract Term 2 years
