Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - QC Packaging. He will be responsible for Packaging Material Quality Control, Analyze, specify, and ensure compliance of various packaging materials. Develop SOPs, interpret test results, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders. Manage records, BOM, SAP, vendor communication, and new packaging development. Indian Institute of Packaging preferred. This role is located in Panoli, Ankleshvar, India.
Qualifications
Note: Must have knowledge of Packing Material analysis like Pet, HDPE, COEX & Aluminium bottles, Drums, Corrugated Fiber Box, Labels etc. small packaging used in Pesticide Formulation Industry. Diploma from IIP is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
- All types of analysis of packaging materials like Bottles (Pet, HDPE, COEX & Aluminium), Drums, Corrugated Fibre Boxes, Labels etc.
- Preparation of specification of all type of packaging material.
- Developing and implementing quality SOPs, control procedures and testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Evaluating and interpreting test results, identifying trends, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot issues related to packaging materials.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders, to develop new packaging materials or improve existing ones.
- Maintaining accurate records of test results, procedures, and equipment calibration. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Preparation of BOM and Indenting in SAP of packaging material.
- Checking of Finished goods before dispatch.
- Communication with vendors and vendor development.
- Development of new packaging material for new product.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preference will be given to the person pass out from Indian Institute of Packaging and experience in pesticide formulation company.
- Decent verbal & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Legal Metrology
- Relevant skills and qualifications would be beneficial for this role.
