Job Description:
As a Data Analyst for Workflow Digitization, you will play a crucial role in transforming our traditional workflows into streamlined, digital processes.
You will leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel to analyze data, create insightful dashboards, and develop Management Information Systems (MIS) that support decision-making and operational efficiencies across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust databases using SQL to store and manage data related to accounting, bookkeeping, and user analytics.
- Utilize Python to automate data processing tasks, develop algorithms for data analysis, and integrate systems for seamless data flow.
- Create dynamic and interactive dashboards in Excel and other visualization tools to present key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with department heads to understand workflow requirements and identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
- Develop and implement MIS systems to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members on new systems and dashboards.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and workflow automation to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, database management, and dashboard creation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data understandably.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
