Job Title : Project ManagerLocation : GurgaonExperience : 6-10 yearsRole Description :- Facilitate seamless communication among various teams including research, content, design, technology, architecture, and interior.- Conduct client meetings to update on project progress and integrate client feedback into the project.- Support the design team in completing tasks efficiently.- Develop and monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery.- Manage contractual agreements between the client and service providers, including consultants and contractors for museum projects.- Coordinate planning schedules for decommissioning and installations, ensuring information dissemination to relevant parties.Required Skills :- Proficient in time management, ticket management, task organization, and team collaboration, thriving even in high-pressure environments.- Familiarity with web technologies and Cloud Service Providers like AWS and GCP, along with an understanding of SDLC principles.- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and professionalism under pressure.- Capable of guiding projects from inception to completion, demonstrating both creativity and practicality.- Excellent communication skills, adept at fostering interpersonal relationships and diplomacy.- Flexible yet committed work approach, emphasizing accuracy, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.- Knowledgeable about software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, selecting the most suitable for each project.- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and related technologies used in software development.- Familiarity with quality assurance processes, automated testing tools, and bug tracking.- Proficiency in project management software like JIRA, Asana, and Trello for progress tracking and task management.- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and development of technical specifications and project plans.- Understanding of system architecture, software design principles, and best practices.- Skilled in data analysis and reporting, capable of generating insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.- Basic knowledge of cloud computing and DevOps processes to ensure effective project delivery.
