Location: Pune, Kharadi On-Site Job Description: Must have 8 to 10 Years of experience Must have understanding of ISO 26262:2018, Certification as an automotive safety professional or equivalent, developing, implementing, and verifying ASIL C/D rated platforms. The position includes the following activities with the key emphasis being the support of integrated project teams to deliver functionally safe products. i) Project Safety planning and estimation. ii) Execution and/or facilitation of system, subsystem, electrical hardware, and software safety analyses. iii) Safety assessment and conformance support to product engineering. iv) Execution of functional safety lifecycle as detailed in the company's policies and procedures. v) Development of work packages in accordance with ISO 26262. REQUIRED SKILLS, COMPETENCIES The preferred candidate will have: i) An engineering or technology degree relevant to electrical engineering, electronic engineering, computer engineering or equivalent. ii) Experience in the specification, design or verification of safety-related embedded control systems iii) A demonstrable understanding of functional safety standards such as ISO 26262:2018 iv) Certification as an automotive safety professional or equivalent from a recognized functional safety agency The preferred candidate will have experience developing, implementing and verifying ASIL C/D rated platforms.
