Job description
Core Areas : AutoCAD, Field visits, Bill of Quantities, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing)
Qualification : Bachelor of Science & Architecture
Your Role Physical recce at the site (PPT with photos/video)
Preparing both rough sketches and detailed drawing using Autocad
Communicating with architects and incorporating recce details into drawings
Preparing Recce report with complete SOW Follow up with landlord and vendors
Post execution quality checking basis layout & BOQ and preparation of snag list
Formal handover with document from vendor to project and from project to Operation team
As built drawing (layout/lineout and MEP) if any deviation from the proposed layout
Docket preparation for the site
Database management for all sites
What We re Looking For Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture
Experience in AutoCAD
Ability to draw manually favourable, but not essential
Ability to work well in a team and on your own Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude
