Job Title: Regional Sales Coordinator- Logistics Hours: Full-Time Location: Surat, Gujarat Compensation: As per company norms. Job Purpose As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team from the backend, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective customer interactions.
Job Duties - Assist sales managers and representatives in various tasks to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and data analysis for decision-making.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing documents, schedules, and meetings.
- Coordinating with the Sales Team for new customer onboarding.
- Monitoring the team performance and actions accordingly.
- Follow up & lead the team through training, monitoring, and task delivery.
- Training to the new salesperson in terms of application, guidance in sales & SOP systems of our Company.
Knowledge Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with industry trends, products, and services.
- Basics of Microsoft Office, G-suite.
