Job Purpose

As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team from the backend, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective customer interactions.

Job Duties

  • Assist sales managers and representatives in various tasks to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing documents, schedules, and meetings.
  • Coordinating with the Sales Team for new customer onboarding.
  • Monitoring the team performance and actions accordingly.
  • Follow up & lead the team through training, monitoring, and task delivery.
  • Training to the new salesperson in terms of application, guidance in sales & SOP systems of our Company.

Knowledge

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, products, and services.
  • Basics of Microsoft Office, G-suite.
