Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for the following actions

  1. Overall In-charge and Single Point of Contact for the project. All the site staff shall report to PM and seek advise on all operational matters.
  2. Customer interaction
  3. To be able to understand and correlate the GFC drawings with the BOQ
  4. Real time Knowledge of the Project at the micro level and the time lines
  5. Having daily meetings with internal team to discuss issues and guide the team to take appropriate action for closure
  6. Coordination with Client, Consultant, Architects, Vendors and PPM team on drawings, progress, quality, saftey and costing
  7. Conduct Weekly progress review meeting - To check the progress as per the schedule and quality of work at site
  8. Ensure all the documents such as WO Contract document copies / BBS / Measurements / Checklists/NCRs/Drawings, etc are maintained at site by respective team members and the vendors for ready reference
  9. Ownership for preparing the meeting Agenda and verify MOM before circulation.
  10. Review of construction sequence for the entire project - Civil, PEB and MEP
  11. Possess the best Interpersonal relation with all the team members, ethical values, integrity and commitment to continual improvement
  12. Review of DPR, WPR and MPR
  13. Ensure that all the EHS / safety regulations are being followed at site
  14. Project Handover as per set HOTO process and collection of Payment
  15. Good Communication skill
