Field Business Development Role
Major Responsibilities:
● Responsible for identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening new Chemist Box stores in Bihar region.
● The job would involve meeting local Developers/Builders/Landlords along with the Brokers to acquire the Property. The job will also involve an initial round of negotiations with the prospective owners before arranging the final meeting with the Director/CEO for final closure of the Deal.
● Retail property search management, coordinating with key partners like property developers, landlords, project consultants, property brokers.
● Location & Catchment Analysis of New Store Locations & Negotiating, acquiring and finalizing new properties. Negotiating final rentals, Landlord Scope of Works etc.
● The job would also involve regular travel within the State to locate the Properties in the diff towns. The Candidate needs to have awareness of local bylaws with respect to Property rules prevailing in the City.

● Leave no stone unturned as you conduct meticulous due diligence, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding our interests throughout the acquisition process.
● Maintain meticulous records, tracking property profiles, negotiation details, and legal documentation, providing a solid foundation for our continued growth.
Job requirements
Must have:
• Ideal candidate should have 2- 5 years industry experience, Travel is mandatory.
• Any Graduate
