JOB DESCRIPTION

ERP Operator

• Garment Manufacturing Software with comprehensive features like discrete and process manufacturing, multi-level BOM, cost management, MRP & merchandise planning, quality control, supply chain management, wastage control, reporting on mobile and much more

Maintain right and log of each ERP users
Responsible for change, creation, edition in vendor/customer master file in ERP.
Maintain licenses of ERP system, office 365 and timely payment of renewal fees.
Upgrade ERP version as and when available or necessary.
Maintain costing file in excel and then fill necessary data in item master.
Reversal of wrong entries.
Ensure old data period is locked.
Creation of document series.
Mapping of specification of RM, FG and WIP parameter
Mapping with specification with business partner (customer).
Edition of any type of master in ERP.
Bring EXIM online and eliminate excel system.
Create new crystal report as per user requirement.
Co-ordinate with ERP consultant and ERP programmer.
Making barcode inventory system
Make record of validation in ERP and periodically check validation functionality
