About the Company: SILICA is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA / JEE (B.Arch), ART (BFA) etc for admissions to design programs at UG & PG level. Over the last 18 years, 15,000+ SILICA students have been admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture and art colleges. In 2022-23, SILICA is on course to enroll 3,500+ students at its 26 centers across 11 cities in India. SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has centers in Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore, Lucknow, and Kanpur.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, collateral, and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges.
- Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, product guides, and training materials.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between marketing and sales teams.
Lead Generation and Management:
- Implement and manage lead generation campaigns across various channels.
- Establish strong processes for lead response to improve conversion rates
- Build Marketing automation programs with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and nurture leads
- Establish lead qualification and scoring criteria and processes for effective lead management.
CRM Management:
- Oversee the usage and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Train sales teams on CRM usage, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate regular reports and insights from the CRM to inform decision-making.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and other relevant departments.
- Act as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring seamless information flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the buyer's journey.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
