Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing the ecommerce website and mobile app. This includes ensuring the website and app are up-to-date, managing online sales and customer support, as well as marketing and promotion of online products. The Ecommerce Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns and optimize the user experience of the website and app. Qualifications Analytical skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Sales: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. E-commerce: Good understanding of ecommerce website and mobile app design, user experience, payment processing, logistics, and customer support. Marketing: Ability to develop and execute online campaigns and promotions. Experience in managing ecommerce platforms. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.Job tags
