  • Learn about company's software modules & features
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Learn to configure the requirements in company's software
  • Create training materials & train the users
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction & Build strong relationship with customers
  • Conduct Monthly and Quarterly review meetings with customer
  • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project.
  • Create implementation documents and share with stakeholders
  • Designing the layout of reports or other documents to meet client specifications.
  • Manage internal team and coordination among other functional teams
