The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our expansion into North East India. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support the opening of new lung clinics in the region.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to reach and engage target audiences in North East India.
• Utilize a variety of marketing channels (online, offline, and community-based) to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns to support the launch and ongoing success of new lung clinics.
• Partner with the sales team to qualify leads and drive new patient acquisition.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the North East Indian healthcare community.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or a relevant B2B industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English and a working knowledge of the local North East Indian language(s) is highly desirable.
