Company Description Trust for Youth and Child Leadership (TYCL) is a youth-led voluntary non-profit organization with Special Consultative Status with the United Nations' Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2018. Based in Puducherry, TYCL aims to bring positive change to youth, children, and their community through safe, inclusive, participative, and innovative leadership models.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing treatment planning, mental health services, relationship counseling, case management, and other related duties.

Qualifications Mental Health and Psychology expertise Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or related field is a plus Language Proficiency: Tamil & English (Mandatory - Read, Write & Speak)
