Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Software Engineer to join our team at Zithas Technologies. As a Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java-based applications, designing and implementing software solutions, and providing technical support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India with an employment type of Full-Time.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with web development using HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Knowledge of Hibernate framework for object-relational mapping
- Familiarity with Docker containers and container orchestration
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework
- Working knowledge of Servlets and REST APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing, coding, testing, and debugging Java-based applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and technical issues
- Optimizing application performance and ensuring high availability
- Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
