- Proficient with software tools required for workflow, website maintenance, and journal publications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, showing a proven ability to present information effectively to internal and external audience
- Strong interest in analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Understand the competitive landscape, benchmark area performance, drive improvements based on benchmarking, Industry knowledge
- Define organizational roles to meet business commitments, establish clear goals, and manage the organization to meet the goals
- Ability to interact and influence all levels of leaders across the organization
- Skilled in building programs that reach across all demographics and building programs that encourage community building while enhancing innovation
- Demonstrated business insight and strategic vision bolstered by an ability to implement
- Adhere to company safety, labor, and ethics policies.
Education - Technical degree preferred
- Degree or equivalent experience in business or organization development
- Established educational background in a technical field combined with a good understanding of business processes, program management, talent acquisition, and organization development
Experience At least 10 years of experience.
- Must have led a small group of team members (5 or less) for at least 5 years
- Handled a technical leadership program or worked in talent acquisition/organizational development areas for at least 5 years in a company
