Elife is a Startup developing innovative technology in the passenger transport industry, providing any type of ground transportation worldwide, including Group/event transportation, NEMT transportation, senior and disability transportation, pet relocation, bilingual driver for non-English speak clients.

Vacancy: Digital Marketing Director

Job Responsibility · Lead a global team of web designers, SEO, affiliates, content and social media specialists across multiple locations · Own our Elife and sub-brand web, leading strategy for tech stack overhaul, site optimization, updates · Direct all aspects of our company websites including site navigation, search, chat, content updates, personalization, feature development and maintenance · Drive the development and execution of a robust digital strategy, factoring in best practices, competitive strengths/weaknesses, governing policies and regulations to drive continued growth, focusing on SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising · Continuously monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for website optimization and conversion rate improvement · Oversee the selection, implementation, and execution of our web technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, target audiences, and marketing objectives, and translate them into effective digital marketing initiatives · Oversee and manage potential web and media agencies, building a high performing support model to supplement internal teams, while collaborating with IT and other internal departments to ensure alignment of website technology with overall business technology strategy · Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in website and performance marketing, and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance

Qualifications · 8+ years of experience leading digital, website management and demand generation in a B2C company, 3 years+ director of marketing experience in Mid-size or enterprise company 500 Employees+. · Ability to lead, inspire, manage, and mentor direct reports and broader marketing teams to maximize their individual potential and professional growth, as well as ability to function effectively as a team · Proven experience in a leadership role within web technology · Proficient in web production, site operations, UI/UX, content and digital marketing strategy, with a track record of successfully creating new websites, rolling out a new tech stack and transitioning to a maintain and optimize model · Deep digital marketing expertise across paid channels, digital experience strategy, site conversion, and SEO, social media. · Demonstrated track record of delivering strong results through testing & optimization · Deep expertise in Digital A/B & Site Tracking Capabilities · Excellent organizational skills with a proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with an attention to detail · Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical/non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization · Experience working with web, media, and SEO to deliver data-driven results · Experience working with UGC · Strong Data analytical, ROI, Data driven, problem solving and planning experience · Skilled and comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization
