Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Branch Credit Manager. The Branch Credit Manager will be responsible for analyzing credit risk, managing credit through the entire loan cycle, and ensuring loan portfolio quality. Day-to-day tasks include underwriting and credit analysis, loan servicing, risk management, and collections.
Qualifications
- Credit Management and Credit Risk Management experience
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Finance and Credit knowledge
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Experience in auto finance or a related field is a plus
- Credit Certification (CFA, NISM etc.) is a plus
