Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer located in Mumbai. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for Enquiry tracking, Costing the projects, proposal preparation, Technical discussions with Customer, Understanding of technical specifications and identify deviations , Quotting to customer. The Proposal Engineer will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to deliver convincing proposals while ensuring compliance with customer requests and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in proposal preparation and writing
- Strong Mechanical engineering background
- Excellent sales and persuasion skills
- Experience in procurement and vendor management
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of industrial gas handling equipment is a plus
