Job description

The Business Analyst, is responsible for identifying and defining solutions to complex business problems. 

The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders from across the organization to analyze, develop, and document technical solutions that support their business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs, requirements and processes to develop technical solutions that meet their business objectives.

• Develop and document detailed business requirements and technical specifications.

• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and develop comprehensive meeting notes and action items.

• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet the stakeholders’ needs.

• Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders on how to improve business processes and systems.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of technical solutions and business requirements.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and systems, and recommend changes and enhancements as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills 
• Experience of working as a BA for minimum of 4-6 years in Agile Scrum projects
• Excellent Analytical skills 
• Hands on experience of using requirement management tools used for Agile Scrum
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders 
• Knowhow of technology
