Job description

Years of Experience: 7-8 years of sales experience in Transport Refrigeration segment.

People Management Responsibilities: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities

He/She will be responsible for drive Truck - Self Powered Unit segment thru direct customer sales approach.

He / she shall be creating new accounts, developing new customers and strengthening existing customers, selling within their designated areas.

Person shall be responsible for achieving booking and revenue targets along with set expectations of Gross Margin and Accounts Receivables.

Person should be able analyse market inputs, share monthly forecast supporting the order and revenue targets and maintain the expected forecast accuracy

He/ she will also be responsible for to generate leads and support channel selling opportunities that come up in their respective area, drive cross selling initiatives.

Person shall also work closely with other functional teams to ensure smooth operations and provide necessary & timely information.

Person shall be able to generate, manage and maintain market information on our product portfolio, competition presence and their current offerings. The same shall be updated in Market Coverage tool.

Develop business relationships and connects with multiple stakeholders in the customer s organization at various levels such as including project managers, project engineers, construction, purchasing, accounts payable, etc.

Responsible for keeping healthy, respectful and transparent communication within team members and business leadership team.

Key Technical and Behaviour Skills.

Understanding of technical know-how and application of whole product range - Thermoking transport refrigeration products.

Financial Understanding: Knowledge of calculation of OI, profit margin, P&L, other related Financial terms

Ability to write business reports, equipment specifications and correspondence.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Communicates Compellingly - Speaks and writes in an authentic and persuasive manner to strike a chord with the listeners, inspire their engagement and commitment, and compel action. - Creating
