The Head of Learning role will design, lead and implement the learning strategy for the organization, with an overall objective of creating a Learning Organization. The role requires a deep understanding of learning and development best practices along with understanding of the evolving learner’s expectations of meaningful content delivered in a high impact manner. Key deliverables: · Design and implement the organization’s learning and development strategy, in alignment with the overall business strategy and industry best practices. · Collaborate with the business leaders to understand learning needs, across technical, behavioral and leadership programs · Identify partners and vendors for creating customized learning programs as per business requirements · Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the Financial sector. · Lead a team of training professionals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to enhance their capabilities and drive performance. · Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of new learning technology to enhance learner’s experience. · Implement learning impact and measurement tools and dashboard to drive continuous improvement of L&D strategies, initiatives, and programs. · Work closely with other leads to ensure learning is embedded in the employee’s talent journey (i.e., performance management, succession planning). · Implement assessment methodologies to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect and analyze feedback to continuously enhance training quality and impact. Qualifications 12+ years of experience including learning and development experience, preferably in Financial sector. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in learning Experience in learning and development strategy, training needs analysis, corporate training, project management, leadership development and digital learning Strong consulting and presentation skills Strong project management skills and stakeholders’ managementJob tags
