Job description

Job Description Develop a clear understanding of industry trends, market demand and competitive positioning in key focus area Analyze industries/micro verticals to identify opportunities that align with businesses core competence (“where to play”); Understand existing capabilities and differentiators to help develop capability roadmap, service offerings, value propositions and go to market (“how to win’) Support inorganic growth plan with a M&A strategy in line with corporate strategy, identify right M&A prospects and conduct initial business fit analysis Develop financial models used to estimate cash flows, synergy and potential for profitability and participate in negotiations and have strong understanding of the legal clauses Oversee M&A project management including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing and integration. Coordinate research and analysis required to assess strategic impact and risk. Support business units in strategy execution, measure outcomes, consolidate performance metrics

Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience ideally in corporate strategy, M&A, management consulting, IT Product/Services industry with focus on strategy and M&A execution CA or CFA with buy side / sell side deals as mandatory skill Extensive experience in M&A with strong analytical and quantitative skills, business acumen and financial grounding Strong interpersonal and influence skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization High energy, self-driven and result-oriented individual, ability to work across borders and cultures
