A Travel Agent is responsible for helping clients plan, organize, and book travel arrangements. This role involves providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel packages to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, handling customer service, arranging car rentals, coordinating travel arrangements, and sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of reservations systems and procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to handle irate customers
• Proven experience in arranging car rentals and travel arrangements
• Solid sales skills with an ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
