We have Australian Govt-MARA-listed permanent offices in Melbourne, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Bangalore, and Cochin, practicing exclusively on Australian Immigration matters.
The Role You Will Be Responsible For - Conducting preliminary assessment with the supervision of the Client Service Manager.
- Contacting client for Skilled Migration Interview at the Cochin Office Office.
- Conduct regular Skilled Migration Interviews at the Cochin Office.
- Providing contract, fee sheet, and account details to clients for payments
- Regularly follow up with clients for sign-up!
- Coordinating with the Client Support Desk in the Cochin Operation Office and Client Service Manager to manage clients effectively for a better outcome.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team when the client is referred by corporate clients from Bangalore.
- Report directly to the Manager – Client Service in order to achieve the desired monthly target for the company.
Ideal Profile - You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
