Job description
Planning & conceptualizing various strategies to achieve business goals across India Developing brand strategy, promotional materials, technical literatures in alignment with the strategy for the brands. Training and motivating the sales team for effective implementation of the product strategy. Strategizing, Planning, implementing and monitoring various brand campaigns. Responsible for the new product launches. Working with marketing intelligence database to understand the market and develop a road map. Performing sales analysis & sales forecast for the product. Conducting product related market research. Conducting technical seminars / webinars to develop and engage KOLs. Effective handling of Doctor’s Queries. Implementing various digital campaigns to build brand and engage customers.
Graduate in Science/Pharmacy. Preferably with MBA-Marketing from reputed institute. 5-8 Years of experience in Product Management Team in Pharma (preferably in gynaecology, infertility, nutraceutical segment). Initial experience of at least a year in the field job is MUST. Must have decent communication skills.Job tags
