Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team, focusing on our Customer Data Platform (CDP) product. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that leverage our CDP to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal development teams to understand business requirements, define architecture, and ensure successful implementation.
Position - Solution Architect Experience - 12-15 Yrs. Location - Pune Role & Responsibilities 1 Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and data challenges. Conduct workshops and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our CDP and design tailored solutions. 2. Solution Design: Architect comprehensive solutions using the CDP product to address clients' business and technical requirements. Design scalable and extensible architectures that align with best practices and industry standards. Provide technical leadership in defining and documenting solution architecture, including data models, integration points, and system interfaces. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and support, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to assist in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development. 4. Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, working closely with support and engineering teams. 5. Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the use and best practices of the CDP product. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the CDP space to provide thought leadership.Job tags
