Job description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for innovation and generic product characterization for packing material. Responsible for selection of suitable packing material for in-house product. Analysis of packing material and specification preparation for lab scale batches. Monitoring of exhibit batches at manufacturing sites. Preparation of documents like CPP, BOM, and Trade dress approval and MPC etc. Review of packaging related documents. To carry out lab scale batch packing in formulation development department. Responsible for development of data like packaging trial, machine suitability and data compilations for projects. Project requirement assessments for development and execution. Responsible for trouble shooting and investigation for commercial products Cost reduction initiatives for packaging material Co-ordination with cross functional teams for the development of primary and secondary packaging materials. To take machine trials for suitability. To handle and investigate market complaints and internal complaints related to packaging material defects. To monitor existing packaging process and to make it more efficient. To assist regulatory department to answer packaging related deficiency with the help of suppliers. Desired Skills Should have knowledge of packaging change-parts, development of keylines, have understanding of the line packing process of solid oral dosage form. Good Communication and problem solving skills. Should assertive, proactive, and self-driven. Ability to work in dynamic environment.Job tags
