Job description

Research Engineer - II is expected to develop state of the art Computer Vision and Deep Learning Algorithms for Autonomous Vehicles

Roles & Responsilbilities:

Build robust solutions to cutting edge Autonomous driving perception problems Develop cutting-edge algorithms using Deep Learning, Machine Learning Work across Perception, localization, planning and control components Keep pace with the latest research in Computer Vision, Deep Learning and Machine Learning

Software/Tools/System Exposure

● 4+ years of experience in python / C /C++ coding ● Strong software Engineering and Algorithm Development ● Contribution to open source communities such as Pytorch, Keras, Tensorflow would be a major plus ● Experience working on Autonomous Systems or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) would be a major advantage

Key Skills Required:

Minimum Qualifications Bachelors / Masters / Phd. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics Experience in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Machine Learning

Preferred Qualifications Experience with both classical Computer Vision, understanding of multi-view geometry and Deep Learning Strong understanding of networks such as CNNs and Vision Transformers is a must Experience with Camera Calibration, Visual Odometry, Object Detection, Tracking and Sensor fusion Experience working with multiple sensor modalities such as Lidars, Radars, Stereo and Monocular Cameras Experience in Monocular depth estimation Ability to develop novel network architectures, design and develop loss functions Experience with multi-task learning is a major plus Experience working with frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch Strong knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of linear algebra, probability, calculus, optimization Working in a fast-paced start-up environment and solving challenging problems Experience working with sensors such as GPS, OBD, IMU, Radar would be a major plus Publishing papers in conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, ICLR, IROS would be preferred
