JD: Area Sales Manager for Umeed Health

 

Reporting To: Chief Business Officer

 

Key Responsibilities

· We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team having a proven track record of driving sales and building hospital /doctor relationships.

· You will play a crucial role in expanding our hospital / doctor clinics base and achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

· Implement innovative connect and engage strategies with these doctors

· Participate and conduct various innovative engagement forums like medical conferences, doctor meets, etc.

· Ensure high satisfaction levels of targeted customers

· Nurture and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

· Responsible for giving strategic inputs to Management team on his / her doctors list

· Responsible for achieving mutually agreed upon target numbers

· Responsible for market development and growth

· Maintain a well-organized, up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.

 

Skills we are looking at

· Strategic bent of mind with strong tactical execution and implementation skills

· Self-starter, hard worker, able to travel and innovative solution centric approach

· Fluent communication in English and Hindi is a requirement.

· Customer Relationship Management and Good Communication skills

· Communication skills: You should be effectively able to interact with customers with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.

· Healthcare Expertise: You should have in-depth knowledge of Automated prescription products, medical terminology, and healthcare industry trends.

· Multitasking and problem solving: Ability to switch attention from one task to another and be able to get to the bottom of every issue with as little inquest as possible.

· Fast response and resolution time: Because users expect answers that can help them resolve their problem quickly.

· Active listening: To understand the message of our users, comprehend the information and respond thoughtfully.

 

Educational Qualifications

· Preferably a Science /Pharmacy graduate with MBA in marketing

· Past sales and BD experience will be an added advantage

· Past experience in Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Medical device or any related healthcare segment will be a value addition
