We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team at Client place based at Okhla, New Delhi. As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating.
Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software
- Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Roles And Responsibilities - Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Select the appropriate cutting tools, machine speeds, and feeds for each job
- Perform regular maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process
