Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and servicing new clients, nurturing positive client relationships, developing sales strategies, closing sales, and meeting sales targets. They will also need to generate reports on sales activities, customer base, sales forecasts, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales, marketing, and business development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, methods, and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus

Benefits

• The selected candidate will be getting a salary up to Rs.16,000/- per month.
• Incentive will be additional as per the performance.
