Sales Manager - Export (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- The above position is hybrid role with a direct sales focus combined with responsibilities as technical support/ trouble shooting for export sales (including Middle East, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh).
- He/she will also be responsible for spearheading channel management initiatives (Recruitment, Performance monitoring, Training for distributors/resellers) in India.
- He/she will be responsible for selling Chem-Trend products within an assigned industry and territory using the value-added selling techniques to accomplish pre-established sales goals.
- This position will be responsible for achieving growth of business within the territory every year by maintaining and expanding current business, securing new business, commercial discussions based on market conditions, and identifying new markets for our technology products.
Qualifications
- The candidate will be required to extensively travel across India and the assigned territory to foster business relationship.
- Minimum 10 years+ of experience in sales and technical service.
- Experience in value selling
- Bachelor's degree with MBA. Preference may be given to Chemistry graduates
